I conducted research to identify gaps in AIESEC’s Global Talent product and designed strategies to meet customer needs. This included analyzing customer preferences, creating customer personas, mapping the applicant journey, and aligning resources like budgets and membership distribution.
Leadership and Teamwork
As Vice President, I led a 25-member team to run the Global Talent product. I worked closely with different functions, coached members, and ensured alignment between sales, finance, and HR. This teamwork improved training throughput by 30% and created a strong, collaborative culture.
Marketing and Growth Strategies
I created marketing funnels and outreach models to target different regions and customer groups. By tailoring campaigns and communication, I doubled the qualified lead pipeline within two quarters. I also set up a follow-up framework that reduced applicant drop-offs and improved conversion rates.​
